Colloque ED62 2023

 

Dans le cadre de la 30ème édition du colloque de l’Ecole Doctorale 62 sur le thème Passé-Présent-Futur, HippoThèse vous convie les 30 et 31 mai 2023 au campus CNRS Joseph Aiguier à Marseille.

Durant ces deux jours, vous êtes invités à mettre en avant vos projets de recherche en anglais, sous forme d’une présentation orale ou d’un poster.
Les trois meilleures présentations et les trois meilleurs posters seront récompensés de prix allant jusqu’à 500€.
Des workshop et tables rondes par des doctorants actuels et déjà diplômés sur l’organisation, le management ou encore la vie privée pendant la thèse, ainsi que sur  les opportunités après celle-ci sont également organisés.

Pour les doctorant/es de l’ED 62 la participation à cet événement sur les 2 jours est facultative et gratuite :

  • 1er année : présentation non obligatoire
  • 2eme année ou plus, n’ayant jamais présenté ses travaux par un poster ou oral au colloque de l’ED : obligation de faire une présentation orale ou un poster
  • 2ème année ou plus, ayant déjà présenté  ses travaux par un poster ou oral au colloque de l’ED : présentation non obligatoire, sous réserve de places disponibles)

Pour les heures de formation :

  • 4h de formation pour une participation aux 2 jours.
  • 10h de formation pour une participation aux 2 jours avec une présentation orale ou un poster

Le nombre de présentations orales est limité à 18. Les places seront attribuées par tirage au sort parmi les inscrits. Nous vous communiquerons par mail la semaine du 10 avril si vous avez été sélectionné pour un oral, sinon nous vous demanderons de faire un poster.

Le nombre de posters est limité à 80. Ainsi, si vous vous inscrivez pour un poster, nous vous enverrons un mail de confirmation, la semaine du 10 avril.

As part of the 30th edition of the Doctoral School 62 symposium on the theme Past-Present-Future, HippoThèse invites you on 30 and 31 May 2023 at the CNRS Joseph Aiguier campus in Marseille.

During these two days, you are invited to put forward your research projects in English, in the form of an oral presentation or a poster. The three best presentations and the three best posters will be awarded prizes of up to 500€. Workshops and round tables by current and former PhD students on organisation, management and private life during the PhD, as well as on opportunities after the PhD are also organised.

For ED 62 PhD students, participation in this 2-day event is optional and free:

  • 1st year: presentation not compulsory
  • 2nd year or more, who have never presented their work by a poster or oral presentation at the ED colloquium: obligation to make an oral presentation or a poster
  • 2nd year or more, having already presented their work by a poster or oral presentation at the ED colloquium: presentation not compulsory, subject to availability of places)

For training hours :

  • 4 hours of training for a participation to the 2 days.
  • 10 hours of training for a participation to the 2 days with an oral presentation or a poster

The number of oral presentations is limited to 18. The places will be allocated by drawing lots among the registered participants. We will inform you by email the week of April 10th if you have been selected for an oral presentation, otherwise we will ask you to make a poster. 

The number of oral presentations is limited to 80. So, if you register for a poster, we will send you a confirmation email, the week of April 10th.
